• All approved warranty claims will be replaced or credited to a future purchase.

• Return and/or replacement board shipping is the responsibility of the customer.Broken boards that DO NOT qualify are broken edges due to impact from a rock or anything hard, dented or pushed in edges due to a board being dropped while standing, and top sheet stress marks or cracks.

• Multiple stress cracks across the top, which is simply the lacquer, is normal among all boards and does not affect how the board rides.

• Chips, scratches, dents, rust, rock damage, and rail damage happens and is considered normal wear and tear.

• Dents or cracks on the side wall will not be covered.

•  Improper binding mounting is not covered by warranty.
